📍 Where is my order?

When your order is shipped (within 48 hours maximum after your order), you will receive an email with the La Poste tracking number so you can follow its delivery.

Warning: the email may be hidden in your spam!

⏱️ What is the delivery time?

Orders are shipped within 2 working days and delivered by La Poste or Mondial Relay:

Average delivery times from La Poste:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 3 working days
  • DOM TOM: 5 to 7 working days
  • EU: 2 to 8 working days
  • Rest of the world: 6 to 12 working days

Mondial Relay delivery times

  • Mainland France: 2 to 3 working days
  • Europe: 4 to 8 working days

We deliver to France and the rest of the world. If the country you are looking for does not appear in the list, please contact us via the website chat.

🔄 How to make an exchange?

Personalized jewelry
Personalized jewelry is not exchangeable according to article L 121-20-2 of the consumer code.

Non-personalized jewelry
If you no longer like an item, request a refund and indicate that you would like a voucher.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will send you a credit note by email.

📦 My package was not delivered due to incomplete or incorrect contact details provided.

The reshipment of an order following an error in the contact details provided when ordering is the responsibility of the customer.

🔙 How to return a piece of jewelry and get a refund?

Personalized jewelry

Jewelry is not refundable according to article L 121-20-2 of the consumer code.

Non-personalized jewelry

Following receipt of your order, you have 14 days to contact customer service at info@chouettemerveille.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Following this email, you have 10 days to submit your return.

The jewelry must be returned unused, unworn, and in the condition you received it to be refunded. It must also be in its original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective). Once we have processed the return, we will process the refund. This final payment can take up to 14 days.
